In the post-show media briefing following WWE Bad Blood 2024, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, WWE Chief Creative Officer, spoke about the outstanding comeback of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in the recent pay-per-view event.

Here are some noteworthy moments from the press conference:

On The Rock’s comings and goings in WWE as per his preferences: “As he pleases is probably the appropriate phrase, right? The Rock is unique in his own way. As you saw last time, he functions like the Final Boss. Regardless of us being live or not, with or without cameras, he follows his own schedule and does things his way. That’s the thrilling part about being the Final Boss, I suppose. He’s The Rock. He operates on his own rules.”

Considering his future presence: “Personally, I find it interesting. It’s an advantage to have The Rock in your arsenal, isn’t it? With such immense talent at our disposal, creating moments with The Rock is always special. Where will he go from here? That’s a mystery which makes it all the more intriguing. We end the show tonight, spinning tales that guide you down one path. Then we ponder, ‘what’s next?’ The uncertainty is attractive. That’s the mystery we want to keep alive.”

During a recent stint on the “Superstar Crossover” podcast, Cody Rhodes went into detail about his responsibilities as the reigning WWE Universal Champion, noting how WWE had made accommodations for his schedule.

Rhodes stated, “Indeed, being the champion is demanding and aggressive in terms of scheduling, yet I am able to spend quality time with my family. WWE provides a dedicated team to assist you, so you’re never alone… they assign specific individuals for different areas like talent relations, travel, who attend a weekly meeting.”

Rhodes further mentioned, “I’ve come to not only enjoy it but also depend heavily on it.”
