Trial Date Announced For Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch’s DUI Manslaughter Case

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch, also known as Sunny, was arrested in May 2022 after toxicology reports revealed that her blood alcohol level was well above the legal limit during her involvement in a car accident that resulted in the death of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter in Ormond Beach, Florida.

Pwinsider is reporting that according to court records, Sytch’s next hearing is set for August 16th at 1:30 PM with jury selection scheduled for September 15th. The trial shall commence the week of September 18th, and last for seven days.

Sytch is facing one count of DUI manslaughter (a third-degree felony), one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license (a third-degree felony), four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.

Sytch is also being sued by Jana Olivova who claims to have suffered injuries from the unfortunate traffic incident.
