The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) organization recently lodged a trademark application for a tag team moniker, “The Unholy Union”. This move was carried out through filing an application to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on September 6. The trademark fell under the classification of entertainment services.

Forming the core of The Unholy Union are wrestling champions Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre. Together, they solidified their power duo status in 2022. Interestingly, they are the last to win the coveted NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships, which also marked them as the second tag team to simultaneously hold both WWE and NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships.
