The Young Bucks (Matthew & Nicholas Jackson) will share exclusive backstage footage from AEW All In on Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite. This footage is related to the incident involving CM Punk and Jack Perry at AEW All In 2023, which led to Perry’s suspension and Punk’s release.

Punk talked Perry out of using real glass for a segment on TV, but Perry made a reference to glass during his match at All In 2023 after doing a spot on a car, resulting in a physical altercation with Punk. Punk recently discussed the incident on “The MMA Hour” podcast.

Speaking on his What Happened When podcast, Tony Schiavone discussed the move.

“I have no idea what this footage that is going to air tonight on Dynamite is. I have no idea what it is. Done. Don’t know what it is.”

Schiavone added, “I don’t know what it is. I don’t know what it is. I don’t know if it’s an angle. I don’t know what it is. I said what I said on Collision. I was told what to say, I said it. I have no idea where we’re going. As announcers, I’m telling you this, we know the matches, but we have no idea what direction we’re going in anything until we get to the show that night. We really don’t, and sometimes, we don’t know until we’re told in our headset as things are progressing. It’s always been that way, as far as being told things in our headset. It’s not necessarily just for AEW. Things were like that with the Crocketts, things were like that in WCW. Boy, were they. Things were like that in WWE. Sometimes, announcers are told things, and sometimes they’re not, and sometimes we like things not to be told to us. I love things not to be told to me.”

The Young Bucks to Share Exclusive Backstage Footage from AEW All In

On Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, The Young Bucks, also known as Matthew and Nicholas Jackson, will be sharing exclusive backstage footage from AEW All In. This footage is related to an incident that occurred at the event involving CM Punk and Jack Perry, which resulted in Perry’s suspension and Punk’s release.

The incident in question took place during a segment on TV where Perry had originally planned to use real glass. However, Punk convinced him otherwise, advising against the use of real glass due to safety concerns. Despite this, Perry made a reference to glass during his match at All In 2023 after performing a spot on a car. This led to a physical altercation between Perry and Punk.

Recently, Punk discussed the incident on “The MMA Hour” podcast, shedding some light on the situation. However, fans have been eagerly awaiting more information and details about what exactly transpired. The exclusive backstage footage being shared by The Young Bucks on AEW Dynamite promises to provide some insight into the incident.

Tony Schiavone, a prominent figure in the wrestling industry and host of the “What Happened When” podcast, expressed his curiosity about the footage. In an interview, he stated, “I have no idea what this footage that is going to air tonight on Dynamite is. I have no idea what it is. Done. Don’t know what it is.”

Schiavone’s comments reflect the level of secrecy surrounding the incident and the subsequent fallout. He further emphasized that as announcers, they are often kept in the dark about the direction of storylines and events until the day of the show. This level of spontaneity adds an element of surprise and excitement for both the announcers and the audience.

The wrestling industry has a long history of keeping announcers and talent in the dark about certain aspects of the show. This practice is not exclusive to AEW but has been prevalent in other promotions such as WCW and WWE as well. Sometimes, announcers are given information in real-time through their headsets, while at other times, they are intentionally left uninformed.

Schiavone’s statement highlights the unique nature of the wrestling business, where surprises and unexpected twists are often part of the storytelling process. It also underscores the importance of maintaining an element of surprise for both the announcers and the viewers.

With The Young Bucks set to share exclusive backstage footage from AEW All In, fans can expect to gain a better understanding of the incident involving CM Punk and Jack Perry. This footage will likely shed light on the events leading up to the altercation and provide further context to the situation.

As AEW Dynamite airs, wrestling enthusiasts will be eagerly tuning in to catch a glimpse of this exclusive footage and gain a deeper insight into one of the most talked-about incidents in recent wrestling history.
