In a recent conversation with AMNY, Tony Khan, the President of All Elite Wrestling (AEW), shared his thoughts on a segment on Dynamite where The Elite engaged him with a Spiked Piledriver. He also discussed the likelihood of him making a comeback in the ring.
Khan conveyed his hesitation to make another appearance in the wrestling ring, emphasizing, “I didn’t step into the ring voluntarily. I would hope to avoid such physical altercations in the future.”
Moreover, he built up anticipation for AEW’s Dynamite: Grand Slam event that’s slated to happen in Queens. He stated, “On Wednesday, you can anticipate the finest wrestling in the world. AEW is where the best compete. And that’s why we’re bringing it to one of the greatest venues in all of sports: Arthur Ashe Stadium.”
The AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 25, at the Arthur Ashe Stadium located in Queens, New York. It will be broadcasted live on TBS at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
