Tony Khan – ‘I’m Trying To Get Chris Hero To Wrestle For Us’

As we reported several weeks ago here on eWn, Chris Hero has joined AEW in a backstage producer role.

On Saturday, several fans pushed for Tony Khan to allow Hero to wrestle in either Ring of Honor or AEW. The AEW President responded to the tweets, saying that he’s been trying to convince Hero to wrestle for the company. He wrote,

“I’m chipping away on him. I can’t say for sure if I’ll ever get him, but I’ll keep chipping away at him on a weekly basis, and hopefully someday he’ll crack. Either way, I love working with him.”
