Tony Khan Details AEW’s Preparations For Tonight’s Live Dynamite, Says Everyone Was Tested For COVID-19

AEW Dynamite Results

All Elite Wrestling is returning to work at Daily’s Place tonight, and it’s a big effort. Just as WWE has talked up their preparation for their biweekly taping schedule, Tony Khan has brought in a full crew to ensure that Dynamite goes off without a hitch. The AEW leader posted on social media that everyone on the AEW staff in the building has tested negative for the disease, including Khan himself.

#AEWDynamite is live tonight on TNT at 8pm ET/7CT! I’ve tested negative for COVID as have all wrestlers & staff here, we’re taking best precautions possible & it’ll be a great show with the debut of Matt Hardy teaming w/ Kenny Omega v. Jericho & Guevara, + @JonMoxley v. Kazarian! pic.twitter.com/Kh56Drk5I4

Meanwhile, labor union IATSE 115 has posted on Facebook for the AEW ring crew. The photos and messages are about their workers keeping things save at the venue as the show goes on in Jacksonville. As you’d expect everyone involved in tonight’s live return are taking the necessary precautions to put on a great show.

We reopened with AEW-All Elite Wrestling SAFELY at Daily’s Place Amphitheatre today. A COVID-19 Rapid Test was given to every stagehand, road crew, venue staff and talent before entering the venue. Portable wash stations, hand sanitizer stations, mandatory masks covering, social distancing (especially at breaks) at all times. We didn’t ask to be the first but we are and we are working to keep it SAFE!
