Detroit, MI played host to Wednesday night’s episode of AEW’s Dynamite. Ahead of the show, AEW heavy-hitters Swerve Strickland, Harley Cameron, and Satnam Singh visited the Detroit Pistons’ team facilities.

During their trip, Singh had the honor of receiving a one-of-a-kind “One In A Billion” jersey from the basketball team.

Despite their recent exit from the NBA Playoffs at the hands of the New York Knicks, the Pistons cheered on the professional wrestlers in this unique cross-promotion event.

The May 7 episode of Dynamite started with a bang as Toni Storm faced off against Anna Jay, Thunder Rosa, and Penelope Ford in a fiercely contested AEW Women’s World Championship eliminator match. Storm emerged triumphant from the four-way battle, after making Penelope Ford submit to her special move, the TCM chicken wing.

Storm marked her sixth victory in a row with this win, with her last loss recorded during a tag team match aired on the March 26 episode of Dynamite.

Here is the revised schedule for the upcoming episode of AEW Collision this Thursday:

Kris Statlander vs. Willow Nightingale
Mike Bailey vs. Dralístico
Anthony Bowens vs. Lee Johnson
Daniel Garcia vs. a member of FTR

In addition, here’s the roster for the subsequent week’s AEW Dynamite:

The pairing of Will Ospreay & Adam Page versus Don Callis Family (Josh Alexander & Konosuke Takeshita)
Steel Cage Match – AEW World Championship: Face-off between Jon Moxley (c) and Samoa Joe
