Here is a rundown of this year’s top 10 female wrestlers:

1. Toni Storm (Stepping up in AEW)
2. Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace (TNA Wrestling’s power house)
3. Rhea Ripley (Representing WWE)
4. Maika (Stardom’s shining star)
5. Stephanie Vaquer (Another talent from WWE)
6. Marigold World Champion Sareee (Shining for Marigold)

Toni Storm was the crowd favorite and she held the prestigious AEW Women’s World Championship for the most part of this year before being dethroned by Mariah May at the All In: London 2024 event. Ever since her shocking defeat, Storm has been off the grid. However, she has started making her presence felt in the CMLL circuit, preparing for a face-off with La Catalina.

In addition to her in-ring appearances, Storm has also been quite active in the marketing campaigns of AEW Grand Slam 2025 taking place in her home country, Australia. She also hinted at a possible face-off with May during the event.

The official announcement by PWI (Pro Wrestling Illustrated) showered praises on the resilient champion. The tweet read: “#andNEW: Congratulations to @AEW star “Timeless” Toni Storm for taking the top spot in this year’s PWI #Womens250 ranking!
