The current AEW Women’s World Champion, Toni Storm has shared an update concerning Luther, who has not been seen on AEW TV since his fallout with Mariah May.
In a virtual signing event with Highspots recently, Storm said the following:
“The proceeds of today are going towards the medical expenses of my butler, Luther, who is currently undergoing some kind of transplant surgery. His condition traces back to his fall off the stage a while back. I have not checked on him recently, but his wellbeing is the purpose of our gathering today.”
To add to that, She said, “Luther has had to endure a gruesome transplant surgery. He has gone through a tough time lately. I’m quite unsure about the type of transplant surgery he went through. It could really be any type.”
In other related news, Matt Cardona emerged as the inaugural F1RST Wrestlepalooza Champion at the Blood, Sweat, & Beers VI event following a challenge from Devon Monroe.
The event took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Sunday night, where Cardona achieved the title after confronting Monroe with a chair.
Cardona, though successful in the match, mentioned that he hasn’t been medically cleared yet following a pectoral tear he sustained in April.
