In a recent episode of the podcast “The Takedown”, prominent wrestling figure Ethan Page shared his desire to challenge the TNA wrestler he has never faced before, Nic Nemeth. Page, who has locked horns with and defeated most of the TNA wrestlers, asserted that he has not yet had the chance to fight Nemeth.
During the podcast, Page elaborated, “Joe Hendry, who likes to think of himself as the most popular, frequently tweets about his popularity and hopes for fans’ approval and retweets. I‘ve already proved my worth by beating him that indicates some unfinished business. Although Nic Nemeth is perceived as the top tier in TNA, whereas I was part of TNA/IMPACT during his WWE and NXT tenure. Now, I’m the one in NXT, and he is seen as Mr. TNA. This situation presents opportunities for an epic match I look forward to.”
On another podcast, “Busted Open Radio”, Tommy Dreamer praised the Steel Cage match between CM Punk and Seth Rollins, from the recent episode of WWE RAW.
The match concluded unexpectedly when Roman Reigns pulled out Rollins from the cage and attacked both the stars.
Dreamer offered his thoughts on the match, saying, “Witnessing such an excellent match between Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins and CM Punk was thrilling. I advise aspiring wrestlers to learn how to narrate a compelling story without resorting to using weapons excessively. They used the cage masterfully, truly compelling storytelling. The significant aspect of such major matches is that the opponent can kick-out from an established finisher. I was equally perplexed and disappointed when Netflix went off air during a key moment. Netflix usually allows much worse content than offensive gestures.”
