Updates on the medical conditions of Chris Bey & El Hijo del Vikingo have been shared by TNA Wrestling.
As we earlier relayed on eWn, both Vikingo and Bey incurred injuries during the TNA Impact TV tapings in Detroit, MI on Sunday night.
In Vikingo’s case, he hurt his leg while attempting an external dive in his match with Trent Seven.
Meanwhile, Bey suffered a neck injury during ABC’s bout with The Hardys, and has undergone emergency surgery.

TNA Medical Updates
Chris Bey has been recovering in the hospital following neck surgery after the incident on Sunday night. He also had an MRI scan on Monday. Bey seemed in good spirits, chatting and making jokes about Bound For Glory from his hospital room on Monday night. Family members have joined Bey in Detroit, along with TNA Wrestling management and fellow wrestlers.
The local medical staff as well as his personal doctor are regularly checking Bey’s progress.
Post treatment at the hospital for a right knee injury, Vikingo returned to his Detroit hotel on Sunday night, equipped with crutches and a leg brace. On Monday, he flew back to Mexico to have his condition further examined and treated by his specialist doctor.
