Tonight marked a special night for fans of wrestling, as TNA returned following Tuesday’s IMPACT Wrestling to give fans one night of special matches. Happening in place of the now-postponed TNA: There’s No Place Like Home iPPV, tonight’s festivities saw commentary from former TNA Wrestling announcer Penzer and TNA’s “Coach D’Amore” of Team Canada taking to the microphone with a handful of matches going on.
Check out below for the results of the matches, and let us know what you thought of the special:
- Hernandez defeats Chase Stevens via pinfall
- Suicide and Manik defeat Kid Kash and Johnny Swinger via pinfall
- Rhina defeats Madman Fulton via disqualification after Jake and Dave Crist run in to attack Rhino
Things got crazy to close out the night, as Tommy Dreamer ended up running out to the stage in order to try and save Rhino, but was assaulted as a result. During this, the lights in the arena went out, and when they came back, Raven was standing in the ring with a kendo stick. After helping Dreamer up, he hit him with the stick before leaving the ring. With Raven gone, the oVe trio continued to attack Rhino and Dreamer, but Suicide and Manik made their way back into the ring for the save. Things ended with a huge brawl, as Chase Stevens, Kid Kash, Johnny Swinger, and Hernandez all got into it as the show closed.
