TKO Group Holdings, that includes both WWE and UFC under its belt, is recognized by wrestling celebrity CM Punk as a significant factor in reverting pro wrestling back to its traditional roots.
TKO came into existence in the September of the previous year, precisely five months after the news was officially made public that Endeavor had bought WWE for a colossal sum of billion.
Interacting on the social media platform of TKO, Punk shared his thoughts on the way this company is steadily influencing the wrestling world. According to him:
“The crossover between UFC and WWE holds great significance for various reasons. We are all part of the TKO family, and what truly matters for me is that pro wrestling is being restored to its roots. I believe there are plenty of similarities and parallels, and ultimately we are all warriors, we are all a brotherhood and sisterhood. This scenario is extremely fascinating for me to witness.”
