Speculations are rife that Tiffany Stratton may be planning to use her Money In The Bank briefcase as a surprise play during the inaugural show of WWE RAW on Netflix.
Ever since she won the briefcase in July, fans have been on the edge anticipating her next move. Her thoughts on this were recently probed during an interview on the renowned “Gorilla Position” podcast, particularly in relation to WWE RAW’s anticipated January shift to Netflix.
Answering this, Stratton was quite mysterious, stating “I don’t know. Maybe I’ll cash in there. Maybe I won’t even have a match. Maybe I’ll just cash in and become champion on the premiere. You’ll have to wait and see.”
In another recent interview with “Jazzys World TV,” fellow wrestler Rhea Ripley voiced her insights on the strides taken by women in WWE. She touched on the hurdles they have successfully overcome as well.
Rhea noted, “Being taken for granted, I think. The women in WWE, we’ve come a very long way. We’ve overcome a lot of obstacles that were put in the way and it’s been growing each and every year.”
Rhea further elaborated, “I think that was the biggest hurdle, getting people to take us earnestly. For the longest time, we were reduced to a mere ‘toilet break’ joke, which is simple rudeness. Especially when the women give their all in the ring, matching the men stride for stride, appreciating us shouldn’t be a request but a given. Hence, we’re working towards making people acknowledge that we can match up to the men, if not exceed.”
