Earlier within this calendar year, professional wrestler Tiffany Stratton came under fire after she reposted (and then promptly deleted) a controversial video targeting Jade Cargill. The contentious video highlighted a scene of Stratton landing a hit on Cargill during a wrestling match, then shifted focus on Bianca Belair’s stunned expression. Notably, the video integrated an audio recording that explicitly stated, “black b*tch.”
Tiffany Stratton opened up about the scandalous video during a conversation with Adrian Hernandez at the renowned 2024 Money in the Bank media event. Stratton expressed,
“Honestly, it was a slip-up. I didn’t catch the audio content at first. I uploaded the video but took it down barely 20 seconds later as soon as I realized what the audio was saying. I assure you, it was a genuine error.”
Separately, WWE NXT sensation, Je’Von Evans, revealed in a recent chat with “MuscleManMalcolm” his aspiration to have hip-hop heavyweights 21 Savage or Kendrick Lamar help set the mood as he approaches the wrestling ring.
He remarked,
“I am torn between the two. 21 Savage, of course. I remember entering the ring to Red Ops during the indie matches. It’d be a treat if he could perform Red Ops live as I walk down the ramp. Another personal favourite is Kendrick Lamar.”
Je’Von Evans went on to add, “I have been a long-time Kendrick Lamar admirer. If things align, it’d be great if ‘Kung Fu Kenny’ makes it to the venue and performs ‘Alright’ or any track from ‘Section 80’ album. So yeah, the fantasy is either 21 Savage or Kendrick Lamar.”
