Thunder Rosa vs. Penelope Ford Announced For 8/18 AEW Dynamite, Updated Card

Thunder Rosa will be in action on Wednesday night, as she’ll meet Penelope Ford in a singles match on AEW Dynamite.
All Elite Wrestling announced the news on Wednesday one day after Rosa saved Masha Slamovich, Ford’s opponent on AEW Dark, from a post-match attack. Rosa subsequently requested the match, and Tony Khan booked it for Dynamite.

- The Five Labours Of Jericho, Chapter Five: Chris Jericho vs. MJF (Jericho can’t use the Judas Effect or enter the arena with his “Judas” theme song)
- AEW World Tag Team Championship: The Young Bucks (c) vs. Jurassic Express
- Shawn Spears vs. Sammy Guevara; Guevara also has a “big announcement”
- Texas Tornado Tag Team Match: Darby Allin and Sting vs. 2.0
- Thunder Rosa vs. Penelope Ford
- Dan Lambert will be in attendance with two “great” UFC Champions to back him up
