Many wrestling enthusiasts believe that Roxanne Perez is ripe for a transition to WWE’s leading roster. However, Thunder Rosa suggests that WWE not hasten her shift from The Prodigy.
Currently, Perez holds the NXT Women’s Champion title, a reign she repeats after overcoming Lyra Valkyria at the Stand & Deliver event in April.
In a recent episode of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Rosa established her case against an abrupt transition but hinted the possibility of it down the line. She said,
“A lot of the segments that women have on RAW and SmackDown are promos, and if you’re not very good at doing promos, you’re not gonna have TV time… But I think in the next couple of months, maybe even three/four months, I don’t think it would be a bad idea for her to move to RAW or SmackDown.”
For NXT Halloween Havoc tonight, Perez will join forces with Cora Jade to face off against Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia.
