Oba Femi has garnered effusive appreciation from Big E, after successfully retaining his NXT North American Championship. Femi claimed triumph over Wes Lee and Joe Coffey at the Sunday night’s WWE NXT Battleground 2024 pay-per-view event.
In a tweet, former WWE World Champion, Big E, lauded, “@Obaofwwe is undoubtedly exceptional. Perhaps my favorite pro wrestler currently. A world championship on the main roster is presumably on the horizon. #NXTBattleground”

Nathan Frazer is soliciting challengers from all corners of the globe following their successful NXT Tag Team Titles defense at Battleground 2024 with teammate Axiom.
In a post-victory tweet, Frazer requested:
“We’re ready for challengers from ANY corner of the world.”
Chris Bey, a key player in TNA Wrestling, retweeted Frazer’s post, and teasingly proposed:
“I can think of a few contenders… @TheAceAustin”
Note that Bey and Ace Austin have previously been crowned the TNA World Tag Team Champions.
