Nick Hogan, renowned for being the offspring of Hulk Hogan, a legend from the WWE Hall of Fame, is currently enmeshed in a legal battle stemming from a DUI arrest in Clearwater, Florida.
Last year, Hogan encountered a routine traffic stop by law enforcement, who held suspicions of him driving inebriated following his participation in a swimsuit competition hosted at his father’s eatery. Hogan opted not to participate in sobriety evaluations. He is now confronting misdemeanor DUI allegations and has entered a plea of not guilty.
According to a recent report from Pwinsider, Hogan is slated to attend a pre-trial hearing on June 21, which will take place at the Pinellas County Court.
Despite his court appearance last week to potentially alter his plea, there has been no indication of any changes in the court documents.
