Booker T, the Hall of Fame podcaster, and Vlad TV have found themselves embroiled in a disagreement arising from certain allegations made by Booker in his podcast.
The argument started when Booker claimed that he deliberately rejected an invitation to interview with Vlad TV, stating that he did not wish to be manipulated or “exploited.” Vlad responded swiftly to this claim, revealing messages from July 2020 hinting at Booker’s consent to an interview that never came to pass as a result of Vlad’s tardiness.
Not backing down, Booker T provided a counter-argument by sharing images from September 2020 until January 2021, revealing several messages from Vlad that he had ignored, leading to his ultimate refusal. Vlad came back with an offer for an appearance fee, a contradiction to his previous assertion. Booker stuck to his guns in his tweet, saying “If I’m lying I’m dying.”
Vlad wasn’t late to respond to Booker once more, penning a reply that read: “100% lying. You happily agreed to do the interview and even showed up at the studio. Here’s our initial DMs again. I ran late, and you stormed out. I tried to reschedule, and you were in your feelings. Making a video saying you turned down VladTV because ‘I get people locked up,’ but omitting to say that you indeed showed up for a VladTV interview is absurd.”
