House Of Independents, a live event venue located in Asbury Park, New Jersey, is asking for help for the #SaveOurStages campaign. If you aren’t familiar with the venue, they’ve hosted dozens of great concerts and other shows, including several Game Changer Wrestling live events over the past few years. Fans can find out more information on https://www.nivassoc.org/take-action; the venue issued the following statement to encourage patrons to help out.

We need your help to save the House.

Thank you for your ongoing support of the House of Independents. Together with you, we have played a role in bringing live music and entertainment to downtown Asbury Park while furthering the careers of countless artists since we opened our doors four and a half years ago. Now independent venues like ours are at risk, and we need you to tell our Senators and Representatives how important House of Independents is to you and Asbury Park.

When this crisis began, independent music venues were the first to close, and we will be the last to open. While completely shuttered we have no revenue, our employees are without jobs, and normal bills keep coming, regardless.

We have joined the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA), a group of more than 1,200 independent music venues and promoters in all 50 states, to collectively urge Congress to help protect our industry by providing the financial support that is necessary for us to survive the shutdown and reopen once again.

Please join us and support our cause by calling and writing our Senators and Representatives today.

It’s fast and easy: Click here to email your representatives.

Yell it, scream it, clap your hands, and pound your feet like you’re calling the band back for an encore! Please help us ensure we survive by using your voice now (and tell a friend or 100 friends!). #SaveOurStages

Ethan Page’s latest vlog takes a look back at his feud with Kylie Rae, featuring appearances from Kylie Rae herself and Freelance Wrestling promoter Matt Knicks:

While he did feud with ‘Smiley Kylie’ in the Midwest, Page was actually very complimentary of his opponent during a recent interview with Wrestlezone. Page called Kylie Rae a very important signing for IMPACT Wrestling and said the connection Kylie has with the audience is something you can’t manufacture.

“She automatically brightens up any locker room and her attitude is one that you can’t teach. Like you said, I’ve worked with her in the ring so many times and I’ve been wrestling about 14-15 years—I’ve never met someone that’s so nervous before they perform,” Page said, “and then when they step through the curtain it just washes away. It’s like she becomes a female Shawn Michaels.”
