During the latest episode of his “Six Feet Under” podcast, one of the legends of the WWE and Hall of Fame member, The Undertaker, shared his views on his character’s portrayal in NBC’s series, “Young Rock.” His exact words were,
“It’s a comedy, right? So there have to be some comedy elements in the casting, I suppose. The thing that completely irritated me was my hat. That hat annoyed me significantly. It didn’t do any justice to my character, it was just some random black clown hat. And due to my displeasure for the hat, if I were to cast ‘Young Taker’ or have to choose an actor for The Rock, maybe I would go for [Steve] Urkel or someone like that.”
In other wrestling news, the formal Facebook account of WXW Wrestling has confirmed the successful surgical operation of the WWE Hall of Famers’ Afa from The Wild Samoans, which took place last week. They updated their followers saying,
“On Thursday, our treasured patriarch, Afa the Wild Samoan, underwent a successful TAVR procedure for his aortic valve replacement. Yesterday afternoon he was released from the hospital! We’re all incredibly thankful that this final obstacle has been overcome! Although he still has more back rehabilitation to undergo, our Pops once again showed his resilience. He’s one of the toughest humans on this planet! Thank you all for sending your prayers and showing concern!”
We extend our heartfelt wishes for Afa’s speedy recovery.
