The acclaimed wrestling analysis publication, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, recently revealed information on the traditional Pay-Per-View (PPV) purchases for WWE’s event, Bad Blood 2024, conducted two weeks prior in the city of Atlanta.
The majority of traditional PPV purchases for WWE events are commonly from rural regions, as most of WWE’s shows now stream live via Peacock.
The event, WWE Bad Blood 2024, attracted a noteworthy 12,400 buyers. This figure represents a 47.2% surge in interest compared to Bash In Berlin 2024, making it the event with the highest sales for a B-tier WWE pay-per-view event in the current year.
Further analysis of the sales data reveals that, of those who bought WWE Bad Blood 2024, 73.5% were not previous purchasers of Bash In Berlin 2024. Remarkably, a mere 6.9% of the pool also bought AEW WrestleDream 2024.
