A fresh docuseries chronicling the ascent and descent of WCW, produced by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Seven Bucks Productions, will debut today. Known for its prior production, “Tales from the Territories,” Seven Bucks Productions is set to release their latest endeavor.
The docuseries, fittingly named “Who Killed WCW?,” will be under the executive production of both Johnson and Dany Garcia. Established in 1988 by Ted Turner, WCW faded out in 2001, and was subsequently acquired by WWE.
By examining factors like administration difficulties and inventive choices during the Monday Night Wars, this docuseries seeks to unravel WCW’s collapse. With exclusive interviews from wrestlers, executives and insiders alike, the series will illuminate behind-the-scenes stories and trials.
