We are just over a month away from the 2020 presidential election and numerous celebrities and political figures have been making their endorsements for who they want to see come out on top.

WWE legend and A-list celebrity Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has officially announced that he is endorsing Joe Biden for president of the United States. In a lengthy Instagram video posted this morning, The Rock said that he believes Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are the best to lead our country. The Rock said that he has voted both republican and democrat in the past and that this decision came after having a good conversation with the pair.

The Rock said, “Approximately 9 months ago my old man died. He always said that respect is given not earned. That was my very first question to Biden and Harris. I asked how they would earn the respect of the people once they were in the house.” The Rock then threw the video to the actual conversation he had with Biden and Harris.

You can see the entire Instagram video below which includes the full conversation that The Rock had with Joe Biden & Kamala Harris. As of this writing, Joe Biden continues to have a slight lead in the polls over rival and current president Donald Trump.

In this critical election, I believe Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are the best to lead our country, and as my first ever (public) Presidential endorsement, I proudly endorse them for the presidential office of our United States. Progress takes courage, humanity, empathy, strength, grit, kindness and respect. Being KIND & RESPECTFUL to one another will always matter.
