The Return Of RAW Underground Set – Details

The return of “RAW Underground” is coming to the WWE NXT brand in two weeks time.
On Tuesday night’s episode of WWE NXT, Damon Kemp cut a promo where he told Eddy Thorpe that their match on the July 4th episode of WWE NXT will be contested under “RAW Underground” rules.
During the segment, WWE NIL athlete Gable Steveson appeared and said he’d be more than willing to train Thorpe for the match.
For those unaware, Steveson and Kemp are real-life brothers.
The “RAW Underground” matches see a ropeless 20×20 ring. The idea, which was introduced by Shane McMahon during the “ThunderDome” era, sees a match that can only be won by Knockout, TKO, or Submission.
