The Overnight Ratings Breakdown For This Week’s Episode Of AEW Dynamite

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite dipped in both viewership and ratings against less competition than the previous episode.

AEW Dynamite brought in 832,000 viewers and a 0.30 rating (392,000 viewers) in the key 18-49 demo. The show also had a 0.25 in 18-34.

AEW Dynamite was #3 among cable originals for Wednesday night behind a Yankees-Mets game on ESPN (1,903,000/0.42) and the season finale of Vanderpump Rules (1,134,000/0.41).

AEW Dynamite was #2 in its first hour and #3 in the second hour. The show held steady until 9:15 PM ET, when the audience for the baseball game went up. Dynamite was #6 in women 18-49, #2 in men 18-49, #2 in 18-34, #3 in women 12-34, and #2 in men 12-34.

Compared to last week, AEW Dynamite was down 7.9% in viewers, down 9.7% in 18-49 and down 7.4% in 18-34. Compared to last year, the show was up 9.3% in viewers, up 7.4% in 18-49, and up 64.5% in 18-34.

AEW Dynamite had 274,000 in men 18-49 (down 6.5%) and 118,000 in women 18-49 (down 16.9%). The audience was 69.9% male in 18-49.

AEW Dynamite did a 0.14 in 12-17 (down 17.6%), 0.25 in 18-34 (down 7.4%), 0.35 in 35-49 (down 11.8%), and 0.35 in 50+ (down 2.8%).

Q5: End of Sting, Allin, Cassidy & Lee vs. Mogul Embassy/Gunns promo/Wardlow vs. Jake Hager – 857,000 viewers (down 8,000), 414,000 in 18-49.
Q6: End of Wardlow vs. Hager/Christian Cage, Luchasaurus & Arn Anderson. segment/Hiroshi Tanahashi video/Cassidy, ZSJ & Daniel Garcia segment/Toni Storm vs. Skye Blue – 792,000 viewers (down 65,000), 353,000 in 18-49 (down 61,000).
