The renowned Pro Wrestling organization, National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), has made public that Paul Burchill has inked an exclusive deal with them.

Paul Burchill is now exclusively tied to the National Wrestling Alliance. After a period of five years away from professional wrestling, the well-traveled competitor made his NWA entry in 2023, promptly climbing the ranks to become a major contender for the National Title.
“Paul Burchill has wrestled globally before finding his home with the National Wrestling Alliance,” comments NWA Chief Operating Officer Joe Galli about the signing.
Galli further shares, “We are delighted with Burchill’s decision to stay a part of the National Wrestling Alliance’s events and our backstage culture. The NWA takes pride in showcasing a blend of emerging talent and seasoned professionals. We believe Burchill’s rich experience can play a crucial role in mentoring young wrestlers into future superstars.”
Throughout his career spanning 20 years, Burchill has claimed the prestigious OVW title and faced off with WWE’s elite wrestlers. During an extended hiatus from wrestling, he fulfilled the roles of a firefighter and EMT before making a comeback to the ring previous year.
In early 2024, he made a failed attempt to dethrone then-champion Silas Mason for the National Title. With a fresh contract in hand, it is probable that Burchill will take another shot at the NWA gold. The pursuit may kickstart on 31st August at Philadelphia’s famed 2300 Arena.
Burchill’s participation in NWA 76, commemorating the 1948 founding of the National Wrestling Alliance, is confirmed. His contender, however, remains undisclosed.
NWA 76, marking nearly eight decades of “History, Legacy & Tradition,” ensures a night filled with robust pro wrestling skirmishes at Philadelphia’s legendary 2300 Arena.
