The National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) has unveiled that Daisy Kill is officially part of their company, having secured an exclusive contract.
The formal announcement revealing the news is as follows:
NWA has inked a unique contract with Daisy Kill, a two-time U.S. tag champion. This news comes after Daisy played a crucial part in helping the National Wrestling Alliance shine. Earlier, on July 30th during NWA Powerrr, Daisy won the title of NWA United States tag team champion for the second time.
Joe Galli, COO of NWA, likened Daisy’s energy to that of a rock star, with a nod to NWA President William Patrick Corgan, who is indeed a real rock star. Galli noted that Daisy’s distinctive style and forceful presence will exponentially gain her even more traction with NWA’s fanbase.
Daisy was introduced to the National Wrestling Alliance in 2023 and since then, been making waves. Daisy partnered with “Towering” Talos and together they secured the U.S. tag titles at NWA 75th anniversary, marking their second championship reign.
The exclusive contract ensures Daisy’s constant involvement in the NWA Powerrr, the organization’s cornerstone broadcast, that airs new episodes every Tuesday on The CW. This also strongly suggests Daisy’s impending participation in the upcoming NWA 76th event happening in Philadelphia.
This event scheduled for August 31 will commemorate NWA’s roots, legacy, and tradition, alongside celebrating the event of the year at Philly’s legendary 2300 Arena. Tickets are on sale at the moment.
Meanwhile, Kris Statlander emerged victorious against Willow Nightingale in the latest AEW Dynamite episode, securing a chance at the CMLL World Women’s Championship. Statlander took the win with a powerful clothesline with a chain wrapped around her arm. The date for the championship match has not been confirmed yet.
