The New Day Defeats The Revival, Retains SmackDown Tag Team Championship In Ladder Match At WWE TLC

At WWE TLC, the Revival challenged the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions, the New Day in a ladder match. The two teams continued their lengthy rivalry in another title match. Both teams started brawling and the fight quickly spilled to the outside. The ladders came into play shortly after the match started. Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder slammed Kofi Kingston with one but the former WWE Champion hit a crossbody that drove the ladder into the Revival. The challengers slammed Kingston into a ladder. Big E climbed the ladder to get the titles but Dawson kicked it out from under him. Dawson and Wilder slammed Big E into a ladder and continued to dominate.

Kingston hit Dawson with a ladder while Big E held him in a Stretch Muffler. A Trouble in Paradise took Wilder down. But the Revival hit Kingston with Shatter Machine off a ladder. Big E hit his classic spear on Wilder. Dawson suplexed Big E onto a ladder and Wilder hit a splash on Big E, which broke the ladder in half.

Big Hit hit Wilder with a Big Ending off a ladder. Kingston hit Dawson with a title and sent him crashing through a ladder. Kingston retrieved the titles to win the match.
