Recently, buzz has been building around Bobby Lashley and MVP, with rumors indicating that they could make an exit from WWE once their contracts wrap up.
In recent reports from eWn, it’s stated that MVP’s contract reaches completion next month, while Lashley could be wrapping up his own in the coming weeks.
According to insider news shared by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, sources from WWE have reportedly claimed that the company hasn’t extended new contracts to either Lashley or MVP.
That being said, there have been further sources implying that Lashley indeed received a new contract offer but declined it, leading to expectations that he will be departing WWE.
In terms of possibilities, there’s growing speculation that MVP and Lashley might move over to AEW to reignite their collaboration with Shelton Benjamin in The Hurt Business. However, making use of that name could present some obstacles since WWE still holds the trademark rights to The Hurt Business.
