At WrestleMania 39 (Night Two), the returning Shane McMahon legitimately tore his quadriceps in an impromptu match with The Miz. This caused Snoop Dogg to improvise the moment and the celebrity rapper challenged The Miz, punching him twice and performing a People’s Elbow to win the match.

Speaking to Kyle Brandt’s Basement following WrestleMania 39, The Miz declared that he will boycott all things related to Snoop Dogg in the future and that includes not listening to another Doggfather album, not drinking gin and juice, and more.

On Snoop Dogg following WrestleMania: “I’ll never listen to another Snoop Dogg album ever again. Doggystyle was one of my first CDs I ever bought in high school and now I can’t even hear his voice anymore. He put me in three impromptu matches. No one has ever had three matches at WrestleMania. I did that this year. I guess I broke a record. I’ll never draft George Kittle as my tight end. I don’t care if he’s the last tight end. I will choose a quarterback, a running back, I will leave the tight end blank. I never want to hear George Kittle’s name. I will choose Kyle Rudolph over George Kittle. I’m never listening to the Pat McAfee Show ever again. I was a fan of Pat McAfee, but no more.”

On being sucker punched by Pat McAfee: “While I’m talking to Snoop, McAfee sucker punches me. I roll out of the ring, get my bearings straight, George Kittle hops the barricade, no one stops him, and he takes my head off. McAfee punts my face off. It’s a handicap match and I’m in a $10,000 suit. The suit is ruined.”

On his thoughts on George Kittle: “He was very easy to push down and make him sit down. He was standing, I pushed him, and he almost fell over in his seat. That’s how strong I am. George Kittle is supposed to block people and I took him down. I’m thinking, maybe the 49ers want me as their tight end. There is no doubt the power, athleticism, and talent of George Kittle. You see it on display every Sunday. He has an immense amount of talent and is very strong. Stick in your lane, I’ll stick in mine. Enjoy Brock Purdy, maybe Sam Darnold, Trey Lance if he’s back. That whole team is injury prone, as well as George Kittle. I’m surprised his arm didn’t fall off when he hit my steel jaw.”

On Shane McMahon getting injured when he came out for their match: “We always tell kids not to do what we do at home for a reason. This is very dangerous and we’re trained professionals. Things happen in the ring that are sometimes out of your control. When you get in the ring with me, you might get hurt. That kind of happened with Shane.”
