Brock Lesnar has been absent from WWE programming since Summerslam 2023, but it doesn’t look like this will change any time soon.
Sportskeeda’s Dr. Chris Featherstone discloses that no conversations have taken place backstage about Lesnar’s WWE comeback, and it is anticipated that he’s not returning “in the foreseeable future.”
This corresponds with a prior report during October, where a top-level WWE executive indicated there are “no creative plans lined up for Lesnar.”
In spite of being scheduled to make his comeback at the 2024 Royal Rumble, WWE dropped Lesnar from its program following a lawsuit from Janel Grant. The suit was against WWE, Vince McMahon, and John Laurinitis, and it involved an unnamed reference to Lesnar, leading to not only the cancellation of his travel arrangements but also his removal from future events.
