As per earlier reports on eWn, speculations were rife about WWE pondering over the idea of moving its Performance Center from Orlando, Florida, to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Endeavor’s President Mark Shapiro was said to have made such a revelation during a meeting involving all employees at WWE HQ, held on August 27. However, this news was later refuted by insiders in WWE, mentioning that no such declaration was made unless another gathering had taken place.
In the latest installment of Wrestling Observer Radio, information came to light from Bryan Alvarez that WWE isn’t thinking of relocating the Performance Center, but rather, they plan to inaugurate another facility in Las Vegas. This does not mean they will close down the original establishment in Orlando.
There’s currently no clarity on which talents will undergo training at which location, but as per reports, the idea is to have two separate facilities.
Dave Meltzer also claimed that the proposed second Performance Center in Las Vegas “isn’t happening anytime soon.”
As it stands currently, there have been no official announcements from WWE regarding any firm plans for a Las Vegas Performance Center.
