Mariah May is thought to be entering the last year of her tenure with All Elite Wrestling (AEW), sparking curiosity among several other wrestling organizations. It is speculated her contract is set to end by summer end.
People who know May personally are of the opinion that WWE is her ultimate destination, while insiders within AEW also foresee her prospective transition to WWE. Notably, Fightful states that May is tactfully utilizing this situation to enhance her bargaining power.
While AEW has expressed interest in retaining her, May has been conspicuously absent from events post Revolution 2025. Contravening widespread misconceptions, May has not inked any deals with WWE nor appeared on their internal lists.
It’s worth mentioning that despite Jeff Cobb making an appearance on the WWE internal roster sans a contract, May still has quite a few months remaining on her current contract with AEW. The comparatively shorter terms of her AEW agreement were unexpected to many.
May or her agents have yet to publicly discuss this issue. It should be noted that May’s association with AEW began back in August 2023 but her official debut came to light only later in the year.
