Tripe H, WWE’s COO, recently highlighted the importance of the company’s major events reaching more international locations.

This billion-dollar franchise has successfully staged pay-per-view events in a multitude of countries such as Scotland, France, Saudi Arabia, and Australia, and continues to plan for more global shows. The next event on their list is the Bash in Berlin pay-per-view show scheduled for the month of August.

Triple H acknowledged this worldwide expansion during a post-Clash at the Castle press meet. Here are few notable comments from the event:

When talking about hosting PPVs in international countries: “Over time, we’ve seen ups and downs and various reasons for it, but my interest always lay in expanding WWE and wrestling in general, at a global level. When children sitting at home today watch Drew McIntyre, Alba, Isla, Piper Niven or anyone else, they realize they can be like these individuals, providing they have the drive and dream like them.”

Discussing his aim to foster growth in the industry: “When we manage to do this worldwide, whether it’s in Japan, the Middle East, or France, our next generation begins here. This is how my journey started, as a kid watching and realizing that I had to be a part of it. If we can nurture this, enabling people in these countries to envision their future through us, that’s a groundbreaking achievement for me.”
