The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows) have accepted Jon Moxley‘s challenge to a match at New Japan Pro-Wrestling Resurgence on August 14.

The reigning IMPACT World Tag Team Champions agreed to face Moxley, who called the duo out and promised to show up with a surprise partner so he could face them at the event. In response, The Good Brothers sent Moxley a message and expressed their confidence in their ability to emerge victorious.

“Look at this, the World Tag Team champions of IMPACT Wrestling, that’s us,” said Anderson. “‘The Machine Gun’ Karl Anderson, the best big man in the entire business, ‘The Big LG’ Doc Gallows. August 14, Resurgence.”

Gallows emphaiszed that he expects to use the team’s usual recipe, a Magic Killer and a pin followed by the “Too Sweet” taunt, to win this bout.

“A mystery partner in Los Angeles, California at the Los Angeles Coliseum,” said Gallows. “You know what it sounds like to me, Mox? It sounds like a mystery Magic Killer for the mystery partner and then a Magic Killer for you, Mox. Because the seven-time world time tag team champions are coming back home. It’s that same old recipe because I like saying it, but I’ll say it again. It’s a Magic Killer, a one, two, three and a just Too Sweet. That’s elite.”
