Netflix is set to premiere Monday Night RAW next week, but WWE programming has already started appearing on the video streaming platform.
Details provided by Pwinsider indicate that some WWE content has been rolled out in the US and internationally. Despite certain episodes missing from the RAW Vault, this omission is by design as Netflix aims to add new content to this section on a monthly basis. A similar approach will be implemented for the Smackdown and NXT vaults globally. This strategy is designed to incentivize ongoing subscriptions with the addition of new content.
In the US, the added content includes a range of categories and shows, such as WWE Top 10, WWE Legend Profiles, RAW Classics, WWE Superstar profiles, Road to WrestleMania and a vast RAW Vault with over 100 episodes. There’s also a Best of RAW 2024 special that lasts an hour.
Available content for Canadian viewers consists mainly of episodes from the RAW Vault, but they also have access to SmackDown Vault and NXT Vault. Canadian viewers can also enjoy WWE Superstar Profiles, WWE Legend Profiles, WWE Road To WrestleMania, WWE RAW Classics, and WWE Top 10.
Australian viewers are a little more restricted. They can watch all NXT, RAW, and SmackDown episodes from 2022-2024, and a selection of episodes from other years, but there are significant gaps in the content. For example, no RAW episodes from 2002 to 2021 are available. Pay-per-view content is categorized as “Premium Live Events” and “Classics”, and a WWE category exists but does not provide full navigation to all available content.
