The drunk driving case concerning Nick Hogan, renowned WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan’s son, is advancing after his apprehension for a DUI in Clearwater, Florida.
Hogan was stopped by police authorities last year due to suspicions of driving under the influence, following his participation in a bikini contest at his father’s restaurant. He declined to participate in sobriety tests. Hogan is currently facing minor DUI charges, to which he has entered a plea of not guilty.
A report from Pwinsider notes that Hogan is planning to change his plea. His hearing has been rescheduled for June 13th.
