John Cena is excited about WWE’s future and believes that there has never been a better time for the promotion than right now.
Speaking on “The Bump” Cena explained why, to him, WWE is in a better position today than when he was a full-time Superstar. He said,
“There’s never been a better time for WWE than now. With all the things from an administrative and a business standpoint that’s going on for the influx of talent that we have through the advancements in the recruiting process that we have, we’re gaining the best. We currently field the best.
“And our future is on an upward trajectory. And I say our future because I will always consider myself part of the WWE family. So it’s awesome to see. I’ve had thoughts of like, whatever will they do without me? They will go on, and they will be fine. And it really is awesome to see WWE better than it was in 2010, better than it was in 2015. It is a better place now than it was when I was a full-time performer and that’s awesome to see.”
WWE has seen a lot of positive metrics as of late, with Premium Live Events often breaking records for the company.
Cena will team with LA Knight at this weekend’s Fastlane Premium Live Event where the pair will face Jimmy Uso & Solo Sikoa.
