In an incredible match tonight on Friday Night SmackDown, Big E continued his defense of the WWE Intercontinental Championship, taking down Sami Zayn and Apollo Crews in a huge Triple Threat match.
Despite Zayn and Crews looking ready to finally get over the hump, it was Big E who survived long enough to win. Late in the match, Crews and Zayn got into it, with Crews slamming Zayn into the timekeeper’s area. As he got back into the ring, however, Big E was waiting for him and hit him with the Big Ending for the win.
