Throughout their expansive careers, the Briscoe brothers— Mark and Jay—have showcased their talents in numerous wrestling organizations, yet paradoxically, they’ve never stepped foot in a WWE ring.
In 2015, an opportunity arose for the late Jay Briscoe and his brother Mark to join WWE’s NXT. Nevertheless, they declined the offer, choosing to renew their allegiance with their current fixture, Ring of Honor, which offered superior financial incentives at the time.
In an engaging conversation with AIPT Comics, Mark disclosed that there were preliminary discussions of incorporating them into The Wyatt Family in WWE. He stated:
“We were going to debut with the Wyatt Family.”
