Ring Of Honor‘s latest announcement ensures we’ll have at least one more ‘Year Of The Beer’ as The Bouncers have re-signed with the promotion.
ROH posted the following, announcing Brian Milonas and Beer City Bruiser have both signed new contracts with the company; terms of their respective deals were not disclosed.
Ring of Honor is pleased to announce that The Bouncers (Beer City Bruiser and Brawler Milonas) have re-signed with the company.
At a combined weight of well over 700 pounds, the beer-drinking behemoths are the biggest tag team in ROH history.
Both are former participants in the ROH Top Prospect Tournament, with Bruiser competing in the 2015 tournament and Milonas taking part in the 2017 edition. They formed a tag team in 2018.
Bruiser and Milonas were trained by pro wrestling legends Harley Race and Killer Kowalski, respectively.
The news of The Bouncers’ status comes one day after ROH announced Pure Champion and Tag Team Champion Jonathan Gresham had re-signed with the promotion.
The Bouncers announcement also follows what was a shocking ending to ROH TV, as Bruiser smashed a beer bottle over Matt Taven’s head before walking out on Milonas to close the show. Tune in below as Colin Tessier breaks that down, plus Gresham’s match against Joe Keys and much more on the Recap of Honor.
