The Ascension’s Konnor Reveals New Name For The Indie Circuit
The Ascension are officially off of WWE’s books, taking The Wasteland and all associated wares outside of Parts Unkown and onto the indie scene. As they start to emerge in other promotions, one member is taking on a new moniker. As of yesterday, Konnor has changed his Instagram and Twitter profile to variations on Big Kon.

The former NXT Tag Team Champion is also advertising his first date outside of WWE, a tag team match against fellow NXT alumni Bull James and Bill Carr. That match will go down in Outlaw Wrestling in Brookly on Feb. 20.

Both members of the Ascension appear to be using their WWE gimmicks for this outing, which could mean that Big Con and Viktor (or whatever name he takes on) could show up as something similar to The Ascension on a bigger stage before too long.
