Rey Fenix, an AEW wrestler, is set to see his contract expire later within this calendar year.
Earlier in June, eWn reported that the contract of Penta El Zero Miedo, a fellow AEW star, is predicted to expire between August and September. The latest news from Fightful Select indicates that Rey Fenix’s contract is scheduled for term completion by year-end as well.
Currently, it is not clear if the contracts of both Penta and Fenix end at the same time. AEW, however, is reportedly keen on retaining the services of both wrestlers and have extended offers along with initiating contract discussions.
There is also word that WWE may express an interest in Fenix and Miedo.
