In regards to the upcoming AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door III, the updated lineup for Sunday night’s exhilarating pay-per-view event is as follows:
AEW World Championship Match:
Swerve Strickland will go up against Will Ospreay.
IWGP World Heavyweight Championship Match:
Jon Moxley will face Tetsuya Naito.
AEW TNT Championship Ladder Match:
Konosuke Takeshita, Mark Briscoe, Jack Perry, Lio Rush, Dante Martin will all vie for the title. Additional competitors are still to be confirmed.
TBS Championship/NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship Match:
Mercedes Mone will battle it out with Stephanie Vaquer.
AEW Women’s World Championship Match:
Toni Storm will face off against Mina Shirakawa.
Owen Hart Foundation Tournament First Round Match:
Bryan Danielson is set to match up against Shingo Takagi.
Other exciting matches include Zack Sabre Jr vs. Orange Cassidy, MJF vs. Hechicero, a group faceoff involving Chris Jericho, Big Bill and a yet-to-be-decided third participant against Samoa Joe, HOOK, and Katsuyori Shibata, among others.
