Tegan Nox Pins Dakota Kai In Six-Woman Tag Team Match At NXT TakeOver: In Your House

To kick off NXT TakeOver: In Your House, Mia Yim, Tegan Nox and Shotzi Backheart teamed up to face Candice LeRae, Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez. LeRae immediately tagged out to avoid fighting Yim. Bitter rivals Nox and Kai resumed their feud throughout the match. A kick from Blackheart rocked LeRae and Yim dove onto her opponents outside the ring. LeRae and Nox followed her by diving onto their fellow competitors, too. Kai distracted the referee, which allowed Gonzalez to drop Blackheart with a clothesline.

Yim eventually got her hands on LeRae and unleashed some of her frustration. Gonzalez powerbombed Kai, but Yim broke up the pin. LeRae and Yim brawled to the backstage area and seemingly left the match. Nox chokeslammed Kai and double-teamed Gonzalez with Blackheart. Nox pinned Kai with the Shiniest Wizard.
