Recently, Teddy Long appeared as a guest on the popular sports podcast, “WrestleBinge” by Sportskeeda. In the podcast, he shared an insightful discussion about Mark Henry’s sudden split from AEW. He provided his own viewpoint on the possible reasons behind it.
His opinion was, “I personally believe Mark wants to spend more time with his son. Their love for one another is clearly evident. Seeing Jacob grow up alongside him has been incredible. Mark has always been dedicated as a father, always making time for Jacob.”
He added, “Every time Jacob had a game or an event, Mark made sure to attend whenever his schedule allowed. Now, he’s got the free time in his schedule to be present at these events more consistently.”
