The “Mr. McMahon” documentary series, for which Netflix recently introduced a trailer, aims to offer a comprehensive exploration of the life and career of the ex-chairman of WWE.
Highlights from the podcast can be found below:
In conversation about the soon-to-be-released Vince McMahon documentary, DiBiase expressed uncertainty about what to anticipate. Although uncertain, he recalled expressing gratitude on numerous occasions for McMahon’s creation of the ‘Million Dollar Man’ persona which defined his wrestling career. He refused to speculate on any controversies surrounding McMahon, citing a lack of knowledge about his personal life.
When asked who is a bigger villain, himself or McMahon, DiBiase conceded that while he was the on-screen wrestling foe, offscreen, McMahon was undeniably the bigger antagonist.
Speaking on the late Ultimate Warrior, DiBiase described him as one of wrestling’s most egocentric characters. He stated that the Warrior didn’t comprehend the nature of wrestling as collaborative storytelling and emphasized the power a skilled heel has to shape the perception of his opponent.
